I hope this will be implemented, I trust this will be added to our previous purchases...

Plugged mine in today for the first time - driver issue for me on Windows10 - however following the instructions exactly for driver issue made it work 100% - just waiting for my key code now !!

The Good News is that they ARE "... working on both of these options currenty." 

While at the moment there are no guarantees that they will be able to accomplish this,
or any timescales, at least they are listening to their customers' requests

I had the same issue. 

What I did was to make a little DOS batch file that I click on the screen just before loading the DealerTool  program and then it works every time without any other hassles.

What about us newer converts to the Trophy? I'm thinking that this would be a good tool for myself and other that find their way here after buying their TTSE. I expect that this will be one of those bikes that I will keep for a longer as it seems to have a lower resale value and yet was expensive for most riders to buy compared to other bikes. I would rather keep that type of bike and let it depreciate while I ride it for many years!!

Hi r1Pete,

May I suggest that you contact the guys at DealerTool,
to see if they are amenable to offering another Group Buy Discount.

If they are willing, note the details then contact the Forum Admin,
( Go to the "Members" Section, Find "Admin" and send a Private Message )
give him the details and ask if he can set up another Group Buy Topic on the Forum,
which someone ( you ? ! ) will probably need to co-ordinate.

As far as I understand these things it has to be done this way
due to the Forum rules on commercial advertisiing.

I guess the first thing I would do is see if there is enuff intrest in this forum to actually get 20 or whatever we can negotiate with the manufacturer.
When time permits, I might start a new thread for this??
