South East Wales Watering Hole
« on: January 02, 2016, 09:37:57 am »
Living in Chepstow, a regular local Sunday bimble for me is up to Abergavenny . On Sundays, Abergavenny Bus Station is given over to bikers and there is a constant flow of bikes, in and out, throughout the day. The open air bus station has a "tea & sarnie" hut which, for me , leaves a little to be desired in service & attitude..

I was given information with regards to an alternative place which is a biker themed pub / café called The Steel Horse. It's open from 0900 to 1700 most days - check their website for confirmation - http://www.steelhorsecafe.co.uk/

It's on the B4598 between Abergavenny and Usk - post code for Sat Navs is NP7 9AY

They have a Food Hygene Rating of 5 and bike papers & magazines strewn around the tables.

I have no association with this establishment but they always get my custom.
The world is divided into 10 types. Those who understand the binary system and those who don't.
