Winter is here - for the short term, anyway...

Brrr!     It appears that winter finally made it to NE Florida.  An exhilarating 33⁰ F this morning when I set out for work.  The battery in the front TPMS didn't like the weather much, apparently - Low battery warning made an appearance.  Yeah, I know - it's colder elsewhere, but c'mon - this is Florida!

Evermore exhilarating this morning - 28° F and the thrill of seeing the little ice crystal showing up on the instrument panel display.

Buck up brenchly and get out there an ride. Just remember that the coefficient of friction between rubber and asphalt is pretty low until the tire warms up!!!

Same here in the Tampa Bay area, my rear tire sensor showed low battery for the first time. Even thou it was in the 30's this morning, it warmed up to a nice 66 degrees right now. The good thing about Florida is that it only last a couple of days.
