I sent my trophy heated comfort level seat to Kontour.  Want to try out their seat build.  Was not using the trophy heated seat anyway

I'm very interested in this seat and hoping to get a detailed report on long distance comfort.

    Thanks

My build date is 01/15/16  Hope the turn around is quick  I am already scheduled to do Daytona bike week.  Planning on using the Kontour seat instead of the Russell just to test it out..

I am a die in the wool Russell Day Long convert so I was interested to see why you chose a KonTour seat, especially when you already have the best seat!

    I saw this review:

    http://www.webbikeworld.com/motorcycle-seat/custom-motorcycle-seat.htm

and surmise the cooler running will be what you are after?  So in UK we do not have heat in seat type issues.  I will be very interested to read your review.

    Love, light and kindness,

    Dave

Ok  FINALLY my new seat arrived yesterday.  Installed it tonight just before heading into work,Got a short ride on it .. The textured surface ( to keep you from sliding around) appears to do as claimed. The added support wings fir me better than the russell seat i have also.  I hope to get a longer ride this coming weekend if the weather cooperates. We stii have snow piled up from our 2016 blizzard

Ok  AFTER snow blizzard 2016 and me with pneumonia for over a month.  I have finally gotten to test out the Kontour seat,  versus the russell day long.  I now have 4 different seats for this bike,,  This past weekend I got reaquainted with the russell day long with back rest, it has the new sunbrella covering.  400 miles on it   better than the stock comfort seat from triumph.    Then next day took the kontour for exact same ride.  I like the covering better,  NO sliding or constantly trying to re-position. The side wings were a better fit for me.    I will be using the kontour seat for my RT 66 rally,  round trip will be about 6500 miles
