No, you cant download it directly.
You have to know someone who has it who can email it to you.

There are plenty of Topics already running about this - just search for "Audio Software".

To check which version of the audio software to you have :

With the Ignition ON ( but don't start the engine ) and the Radio turned OFF
( Volume all the way down to Minimum, Mute and Off ),
Press and hold the "P" button until the "DIAGNOSTICS" menu is displayed.
Scroll to the S/W VERSION item, and press Select.

Latest Version for US market is 1.04E

Triumph have been asked to make the update file available
to Owners for download and they are considering it for the future.

In the meantime, due to Copyright issues, the Forum owners have stated
that the file cannot be hosted or linked to from the Forum.

Some Members do have a copy of the file and the installation instructions,
and are willing to circulate it outside of the Forum.

Never mind, I got it sorted. My local dealership didn't have a thumb drive for the download (I have the only Trophy they've ever seen) so I was going to do it myself. Wound up taking my thumb drive to the dealership and having them load it on.  Easy peasy.

I took my Trophy to my dealer and asked them to install it for me and they had 3 different mechs looking at the bike attempting to do the install.  After an hour or so, one guy come out and tells me that they couldn't do the install because the bike "wouldn't take it" for some reason and asked me to come back in 2 weeks when the "Head Mechanic" would be in.  It didn't make sense but I figured I had no choice.  After I got a copy of the update file, it literally took me just under a minute to complete the update.  Maybe they had the wrong file or my bike felt more comfortable with me performing the install, I have no idea.  I just seemed weird that it would work fine for me.  Anyway, I'm going to keep an eye on things and hope to the heavens that I don't get stranded with a drained battery again.
