Headlight alignment when driving abroad
« on: February 02, 2016, 03:40:53 pm »
I did a search on this since I am taking the 2014 TT SE to Spain and Portugal in May. The subject is mentioned sort of as an aside in another forum but did not seem definitive. I contacted the dealers (Youles of Manchester and Blackburn) who telephoned back about 30 minutes after I emailed them. They say the lights are concentric and do not have to be adjusted or masked for riding on the other side of the road.
Just thought this might help anyone else who was wondering.

The TTSE headlamp is listed as symmetrical dip.  Microfiche only shows one part number, so it must be good for RHD and LHD.
Converto, ergo sum.       '15 300RR, '15 250XCF-W, '14 K1600GT, '12 VFR1200, '05 GSXR600 (track).
