New TTSE; but old Member!
« on: March 11, 2016, 07:05:21 am »
I went to pick up my bike from A1 Moto in York yesterday.  It has 34,000 miles and was new to someone else in June 2013.  I bought it in June 2014 with 4,000 miles on it.  I had an endowment Policy pay out burning a hole in my pocket.  You can see what's coming........

Sooooooooooooooo I ordered a new Black TTSE, collecting on Thursday 24th March.  Of course buyers remorse was almost consuming me as I rode home, the long way, thinking how to break my good news to SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed!)?

Whilst she was getting her head around around my £526 bill for work on my TTSE and the pain of cost of old bike ownership I agreed and slipped that she had hit on the very reason I decided to buy a new one.  Having 43 happy years of marriage she knows me better than I do and was soon as excited (well almost) as me as my new found wealth had meant something material to bring joy in my heart.

As soon as I have her, the new bike that is, I'll post pictures, just in case you have not seen a picture of a fast Black one.

Love, light and kindness,

Dave

Congratulations on the new ride!
My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.

It was a faulty ignition switch not the known routing issue.
