Expect to purchase a used TTSE this week, 2015. Having owned six bikes in two years, all cruisers, except for 2012 ST1300. Concerned about the reliability and riding attributes of the Trophy. The ST1300 was so hot on the lower legs it had to go after 150 miles. All others have been great, three Hondas and a 1600 Thunderbird and a T- Storm.

Welcome. You live in an awesome area to ride if you are referring to Rome, NY. I have a 2014 Trophy that has been absolutely reliable thus far, so don't believe that every bad thing reported in this forum will happen to you!

Did you take the Trophy out for a test ride? Do so. It's just a joy to ride. With any bike you could get a lemon and there were a few Trophy lemons but the chances are small that you'd have any issues. My TTSE is the best bike I've ever had.
