hello from Paris
« on: May 21, 2013, 03:42:32 PM »
Hi,
I am 53 years old and I make the bike since the age of 18.
I had several bikes but this is my first British motorcycle.
my previous bike was a BMW R850 rt. I did 190000km without problem. I would do the same with my 1200 SE trophy blue.
I live northeast of Paris near the CDG airport.

Welcome

I have my French trip confirmed again for this year down to Carcassonne area.  Just 4 bikes this year travelling down together.

I have read about police enforcing the reflective stickers on helmets?  Is this just scaremongering or is it happening?

John

In more than 40 years of riding I've never seen any control about stickers, however the government is so much in need for money that anything can happen......for French bikers it's potentially worse since on top of the fine come the points (3 off your license!)
