    Bluetooth version?
    on: Apr 05, 2016, 01.52 pm

    Hi,
what version of Bluetooth is fitted? I bought some new Bluetooth headphones, and paired them successfully, but the only noise coming through them is operational bleeps. No music, no speech.
When I flick between outputs from speakers to headphones the source plays fine on the speakers, but nothing comes out of the headphones other than the operating bleeps. I know therefore a signal is getting through. Anyone else had this?
    Thanks
    Nick

Version 1.04E relates to the latest Audio software.

The Bluetooth version is "2.1 + EDR"

To check which version of the audio software you have :

With the Ignition ON and the Radio turned OFF
( Volume all the way down to Minimum, Mute and Off ),
Press and hold the "P" button until the "DIAGNOSTICS" menu is displayed.
Scroll to the S/W VERSION item, and press Select.

Latest Version for US market is 1.04E

    Didier :

    From a previous post ...
It is not particularly clear from the Software Update instructions
as to whether the Update can also be applied to non XM radio type radios,
    as the instructions state :

    "Note:
    • Although there is different hardware for the radios fittted to USA/Canada bikes ( those with XM Satellite radio )
and other bikes, the software file used to update the audio system is the same."

The best thing would be to ask your local Dealer.

It would also be useful if anyone with a brand new UK Trophy,
could check which Software Version they have, and reply here  :002:
