Hi timbovfr,

VERY difficult to diagnose the description of a sound, however, from your Mileage,
would it be reasonable to assume your Trophy had its 10,000 mile service fairly recently  ?

There is a possibility, if the Dealer disconnected the throttle bodies during the Service,
that they have not beeen reconnected properly ( as has happened to other Members )
and have now worked loose causing an air leak - which could explain the "swooshing" noise.

This would also usually be noticeable in the way the engine performs,
but if it's only a very minor leak, it could be audible with the engine appearing to run OK.

Check for any DTC's ( Diagnostic Trouble Codes ) that have beeen stored,
by following the procedure here : Servicing Data, Reference Info, and DTC ( Fault ) Codes

If you have Error codes P2111 and / or P2119, then this could well be the problem,
though the absence of those codes does NOT exclude this as being the problem you have !

More information on that here :  P2111, P2119 may be caused by throttle bodies ot seated

Keeep us posted !  Cheers  :821:
