I had one on my Tiger 1050 and it worked to keep the bugs and rain off me better than the stock touring screen and I got a Givi windscreen and added it to the Givi.
I went with the clamp on model.
With the Trophy I don't thing it will help unless you are 6'  6" or better.

Those are really meant to add on-the-fly adjustability for bikes with fixed screens.  I don't see the point of adding that to screens that already have a good range of motorized adjustment.

I bought one a few weeks ago. I have problems with a low hum in the helmet and the well-known vacuum.  I hope it all will be improved. I have not ridden due to time constraints, so I cannot tell how it works now  :003:.
I hope I can tell something within a few days.

looking forward to your report. another good thing is it can be swapped from bike to bike.
