Sat nav mount vibration
« on: May 20, 2016, 06:52:09 am »
Got a tom tomrider on the standard triumph sat nav mount. On various road surfaces I get vibration making it difficult to read due to the weight of the sat nav and the arm not being rigid enough. Have also have found that the rotational adjustment is limited so I can't quite angle it up as much as I would like. Anyone else noticed this or come up with solutions ?

Hi David, I have a Garmin 590 with the Touratech locking mount. This has anti-vibration rubbers and I don't get any issue. Have to say though I don't recall getting much before the Touratech but definitely none now. Maybe they do a locking mount for the tomtom too. Kevin
