Does anyone have a Russell seat with sunbrella? If so I'd appreciate your opinion of it.
    Thanks,

I do have the sunbrella and absolutely love it. Its much cooler when sitting out in the sun. I've only had it get soaked once, but it seemed like it dried up pretty quickly. I did not bother covering the pillion and the colors match pretty good.

Thanks mgmoto! that looks great. I have ordered all leather but since it is not scheduled to be built until August I have time to change my order. Do you know what colors they used?

That is a good looking seat.  What is your inseam, and is it harder to flat foot than the OEM?

Mine goes into production this week (6/17).  Going with the Slate Sunbrella with medium gray vinyl sides.

It is definitely a lot taller than the OEM tall seat. It's more broken in now, but at 6'4", 32" inseam, I was on tippy toes when I first got it. Now its still a lot taller but worth it. If I were to take a course like the Advanced Rider, which is all parking lot, I would put the stock seat back on.

Its not just better for my arse, but my knees and ankles are more comfortable too. There is enough room to move forward and back which is nice on a long trip. When I rode an Explorer, it locked me in one place and was a nut crusher so the Trophy is roomier to begin with.
