Any TTSE riders hitting the Sturgis Rally this year? I have looked everywhere and Triumph does not seem to even have a contingent out there like all the other manufacturers. What a great place to sell a bunch of Bonneville's.

    Not my thing for sure.

Everyone's different, but would be surprised if you saw many Trophies up there !

You could probably count the number of Trophy models on one hand at Sturgis. :110:

Most likely I will ride to Lincoln Nebraska to see the World Bowling Youth Championship and will camp for a few days in the Black Hill mountains and Mount Rushmore, a week or so before the rally. Any good roads that you can suggest?

It is a lot of fun, I went last year (75th Anniversary of Sturgis). There were 720,000 people there!!  It was packed.   Hopefully I will make it back in a year or two when it is less crowded.

I love the northern Black Hills. One of my favorite places in the world, right behind Dornoch, Scotland.

However I'd much rather go where those 3/4 million people weren't there. No my cup of tea.
My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.

If you are going early you will beat the large crowd. Spearfish Canyon is great. Iron mountain road is great, A great road that is not well known is Vanocker canyon. It comes straight south out of Sturgis down towards Nemo.

I think its hard to find much bad riding out there... Badlands is a must see/ride and also head north to Wyoming and devils Tower.  I have been there in my non-Triumph days, shame as the rides and twisties are fantastic and as for Triumph presence, I have to say I probably was't looking.  My guess is that surely not many Trophy's but perhaps other iterations although it is very HD heavy.
