I plan to go in '16.  Any advice on accomodations, rides in England etc, what to see off the beaten path would be much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!

No help on IOM, re: England rides, you will need a plan, long motorway rides bypass all towns and you see nothing  of interest. On a 100 mile ride off the beaten track wether it be pubs with real ale or castles and monasteries and between them believe me the roads will be twisty enough to keep you focused and enjoying the ride. You could keep a few days if in a nice area such as the Lake district, Yorkshire/Dartmoor open moor country, Scotland, to just set off in the morning and wander which way you fancy with a GPS to get you back, but Bed and Breakfast accommodation can be found everywhere, clean and usually offering an evening meal and a lot more reasonable and friendly than hotels. Bit of a ramble, just back from pub.
