On our Blue Ridge Parkway ride ( around august 3rd ), our little group ( me on TTSE , wife on her Vulcan and another couple on a bigger Vulcan ) were at an outlook when a tow truck with a trailer set up for a bike came across southbound and ask if it was one of us with a flat tire! When we said no , he said...."Strange , you guys are at the same mile post that I was called for and I was told it was a Triumph bike and here you are , Triumph bike at same mile post and its not you?? "  on that he left bewildered , we were also wondering...but sure enough , we get back on our bikes and not a minute later we come across the tow truck helping out a blue TTSE with a flat tire!! what were the odds on that???  :087: :005: :028: :125:

So was it any of you guys??

By the way we didn't stop to help 1. truck was already there 2. there was another biker there

I was out riding and crossed the BRP twice that day in Virginia on a blue TTSE, I'd have probably stopped in amazement if I'd seen another!   Wasn't me though, I don't think a flat tire would be reason for a tow truck; I carry a plug kit and a pump when I'm riding farther from home than I can walk back ... !

Cannot say exactly what day it was ( around aug 1-2 ) but beside the TTSE with a flat , saw another northbound on the Skyline Drive!

I have traveled the BRP three times this year on my blue TTSE, but no flat tires.
