Can't Answer Phone

SMH10 set up working great. I pair it to my iPhone and then pair it to the Trophy.
I have got two phone calls while on my way to work but it only vibrates in my pocket. It is not coming through interrupting the radio so I can answer it.  I thought it was phone first protocol.
Intercom works great, my wife can listen to the radio in her set as well.  Even if we get too far apart for the Comm to work she can still hear the radio.  Any hints for the phone?

I'm not familiar with the Sena SMH10, so without reading up on it,
which I don't have time to do right now, try these :

1. Check for and update the latest Firmware if it's needed
2. Check documentation on how to set "priorities" for the various devices that connect to the SMH10

I usually find clearing the Bluetooth profile's for all devices then a fresh setup is the key.  I use the Sena 20S and have no problems even using my Android on the Secondary as my iphone holds my music.

Both are connected to headset smh10 not to headset to bike and phone to bike.  I would imagine that the smh10 sees them both as 'phone' so same priority and probably gives the first one paired the higher priority.  SO possibly if you clear the headset pairing and pair the phone first then the bike it might work.  (Or of course the other way round????). 

From the other mail the bike sorts out priority and knows the radio etc. is lower priority than the attached phone and so breaks in.

Is the phone set to auto answer?  If so and you tap the phone button you may be cancelling the call.  Or look in the general settings on the phone and see if "call audio routing" is set to "automatic", "bluetooth", or "speaker".  Set it to automatic or bluetooth so it knows the headset is in control of the phone.  Sorry to bore you if you already knew all this.  My Iphone is paired to the Sena as "phone selective pairing" and my Sena is paired to the Trophy by "phone pairing" to Headset 1.  That leaves the second Trophy pairing available for a pillions headset to be paired to the audio separately rather than sharing it from headset to the other, which the Sena can do if desired (as in having a gps or other bluetooth device also paired to the Trophy).  You may need to delete all the bluetooth pairings from both the Trophy and the Sena and start over too, but try changing settings first to see if that works.

If you are stopped just take it out of your pocket to answer it.
People who ride motorcycles grip all the time about cage drivers being on the phone, now we are doing it?

This post begs the question...Why on earth would I want to answer my phone while on my bike!?
