New member in Missouri

Hello all!  I picked up a new to me 2014 TTSE this past Saturday with only 716 miles. I think I got a great deal, especiallly since it came with the top case and passenger back rest, Triumph tank bag, shop manual, and the heated grips; albeight they weren't installed. I took care of that in short order on Sunday and look forward to having toasty hands. On that note, the heated grip icon appeared on the dash without having to have the dealer activate them. Bonus!

I've been riding off and on since 1987. I also have a Honda NC700X which I've ridden pretty much coast to coast in the US. It's been a great bike and I'm going to keep it for my wife to ride. We'll see if she actually does.

My other hobbies are fly-fishing and picking bluegrass banjo. Weird combo.  I'm also learning to speak Gaeilge.

This seems to be a great forum and I look forward to participating.
