I like to pass on exceptional customer service when I see it.

Approximately 5 years ago I bought a Marc Parnes balancer and was impressed with it for balancing my C14 tires.

I got a bug tonight and ordered a no-mar tire changer.

At 7:20 p.m. I sent an email to Marc via the form on his website inquiring as to if the rear cones necessary for the ttse would work on the shaft of my current balancer.  He replied to my email at 7:24 p.m.   4 minutes....impressive :002:  and to top it off the answer is what I wanted too!!

    Highly recommend

I really like mine! He made it to work with a Harbour Freight balancer stand.

So I finally got around to ordering the cones for the rear.  I ordered on Saturday evening.  Had an email confirmation for the order indicating it would be mailed on Monday.  Cones arrived early in the week.

Thanks for exceptional customer service  :002:

I'm looking at getting these, and I also have the Harbor Freight balancing stand.  What needed to be done to make it work with the stand?

I have a No Mar changer, and a No Mar wheel balancer.  I use the Marc Parnes cones and axle shaft with the No Mar balancer.   I Will take photos of the setup in a day or two and post.

Here is a Marc Parnes axle with cones sitting on top of a NoMar Monster Balancer.
I just put the MP bearings on top of teh NoMat rollers.

Thanks BigD.  I'm thinking of buying just the cones, and when OhioWinger said they had made it to work with the Harbor Freight balancer, I didn't know if perhaps there was a problem with the size of the bar they slide on, or maybe it was just phraseology.
