    Hi everybody,
    I'm in France.
i'd like to know if it posible to put my Trophy SE 2013 in full power by myself?
i know for exemple it's posible with KTM, the program is avalaible on internet.
As i don't want to pay 250 Euro for this, i'd like to know how to do it for free.
    Thanks a lot

The engine tune applied to French export models
restricts the engine power output as specified by French Law.

Although the Law restricting this is being / has been repealed,
it does not, as far as I am aware, allow machines that were previously restricted,
to be subsequently de-restricted and brought back up to full power,
so while it is technically possible to do this,
( e.g have a Dealer reprogram the ECU with a UK Tune version )
it would seem that to do so would still be illegal.

There's a French article about this subject that was linked to previously here :
Europe and motorcycles: ( French ) Parliament burying the 100 ch Law

p.s.- Why the Video after your message ? - It doesn't seem at all relevant ?

Coconut, I don't need a lesson of law... Just an answer to my question... if you have.
1/in France the law of 100 PH is finished since 2016 and 2/ the bike will not be in France.
    Thankyou

Members in this forum answer questions willingly, they are not getting paid for whatever help they provided, they do it out of their kindness and their passion for the Triumph Trophy.

Nevertheless, some members get confuse and demand answers. In many IRC channels and forums related to Gnu/Linux that I belong to, they are simply ignore.

Perhaps a threat explaining this should be open with the purpose of enlighten new members to be considerate, as they are really asking a favor, instead of giving a command.  :192:

I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt since you are obviously not a native English-speaker, however, this message basically proves to me you're an asshole and deserve no help whatsoever.

FYI, Coconut didn't tell you to follow the law and go pound sand, he said it's illegal and what you should infer from that is that no reputable business is going to help you. Since the rest of the world gets the full power version of the bike, we have no need of this kind of thing, so your only real source of help is from a legit French business, whom as Coconut said, would be breaking the law to help you. Because of your super-friendly attitude, I doubt anyone is going to lift a finger to explore alternatives, so it looks like you're basically on your own, bud.
