Damaged aerial when putting on my raincover...

Stupidly I managed to snap my aerial putting on my raincover the other day.  I looked up the cost of replacement - a stinking £75!   I went on eBay and bought a car roof aerial for £4!  Fits fine and works well!

Take a look at it...

How is the reception with it??? It looks better me thinks than the stock aerial    :062:
