    Hi all just returned to Triumph following a disastrous time with BMW. Collecting the new trophy 1200 on Saturday......can't wait ..
    Life is like a toilet roll..... the closer to the end you get the faster it goes....

    R1200rt catastrophic brake servo failure. Only had the bike two years, then this last week speedometer failure.. basically I lost all confidence in it. Had many Triumphs over the years so here I am again. Shame really cos I did like the BMW it just didn't like me!!

    I guess all brands have their Friday afternoon bikes. I love my Trophy and I have not had any serious issues touch wood.. but there are a few who have been unlucky as with any brand.

    Hopefully yours will not have any such issues and you can just get out there and enjoy a great bike!

    Welcome back.  If it makes you feel any better I tried a Beemer too and it was a nightmare.  Back where I belong now.

    Welcome. I think you'll be happy with the new ride.
    My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.
