    Has anyone painted the colored panels to a different color?
    So my Trophy is silver/blue... and if I wan to change the color, how much work would be needed to paint it.? :148:

    Hi Fella,

    mine is now red ....was silver. I cut cost down by removing all the panels I wanted to have painted and them delivering them to the painter.. this significantly reduced the cost. :152:

    The pannier and top box lids are a sinch to remove (4 and 5 screws respectively) and the other panels come off easy enough if you follow a process. I can get all my panels off in Half an hour now (done it three times) - its easy enough. :152:

    Obviously cost is relative... may be cheaper across your side of the pond!! :821:

    I built my hitch last summer.   I was hoping to make a few more for guys if wanted.  I spent quite a bit of money of the pipe bender just for this project and I know I can use more down the road. I'm very busy in spring so be later till I can do more.  Let me know and thanks for comment on paint
