    Thanks Triumph

I bought a 2013 TTSE in September 2013, rode it for nearly 2 years, experienced many early serial number model problems, had them all fixed. I put on ~42,000 miles on the bike before I traded it in for a new 2014 TTSE in August of 2015. I took it in a few days ago to get the oil changed and the 40K servicing done. So in a little over 3 and a half years I put on about 82,000 miles on my TTSE's. I didn't think much of it, I bought my Trophy to ride it, not park it in the garage.

When I picked up my bike this morning, I was ready for an expensive bill, the 40K service is a big one. My dealer said he was talking to someone within Triumph and my guy told him about me having over 80K Trophies. The Triumph rep was so impressed, that he wanted to send me a gift.Triumph sent my dealer a new heated seat for my bike, but since I already have one, Baxter Cycle of Marne, IA credited my bill $380. Totally unexpected. Thanks Triumph. You know how to keep me happy.  :047:  :046: :152:

Awesome!!    I've been outstandingly impressed by Triumph's motorcycles, and just as impressed with their corporate customer service.     I have a similar story:

I bought my '13 TEx, and quickly found it to be the best motorcycle I'd ever owned.     I was no longer riding the racetrack, so I decided to trade my Kawi ZX-6R for a Triumph Street Triple R...a bike I could still boogie through the canyons, but a little less aggressive riding posture.     The ST-R had a slight oil leak from a right side engine case from the time I got the bike.      The dealership replaced a gasket a couple of times, and yet the leak remained.      As this was occurring, I'd already ordered heated grips, a quick-shifter, and the headlight cowl for the bike.    Triumph USA ultimately told my dealer they'd put a brand-new engine in the bike, as the oil leak problem persisted.

My dealer asked me what I wanted to do?    At this point the ST-R only had 700 miles on the odometer.   I told my dealer I didn't want the bike back, as I didn't want to deal with potential problems of having a new bike basically disassembled to install a new engine.     Triumph USA was good with that and told me to add-up every single dollar I'd spent on the ST-R.    They refunded every single dollar I'd ever spent on the bike---no questions asked.    I knew at that point that I'd be a Triumph customer for a very long time.        I still love my TEx, and added a Trophy SE to accompany it.    I've never seen (or heard of) customer service on the level that I've experienced from Triumph.
