My new SE is still at the dealership getting fitted with grip and saddle heat, but I'm looking forward to bringing her home next week. Traded in my 2011 Kawasaki Concours, so a continental shift in make but how big a change in performance? Can't wait to find out!

    Hi there and welcome! :400:

A smart change. I suspect in terms of speed performance you will think the Trophy is a bit behind the Kwak... they are known for being rockets.... but around the Trophy will leave you feeling happier!

The TTSE might not be as fast off the line or in a drag race, but with a strong flat torque curve, sufficient power and excellent all-around driving dynamics (albeit  the brakes are a tad lacking IMHO), I echo cropbiker and think you'll be glad for the change.

Oh, and welcome to the best forum, there's tons of good stuff on here once you get the hang of using the search button.
