Wanted Pannier Parts

Ridding not to long ago did my usual bag check after a stop on the highway and noticed one of the what I call teeth that comes out to lock down the side bag had gone missing. Looks like it actually broke off the mechanical part that pushed it out. Now my local dealer says sorry
you have to buy a 450 back side of a bag! On top of that Triumph won't even match the lock/key to my master key so Id have to carry another separate key. Not a happy camper. So putting a want out for a throttle side bag I can scavenge the inside section to pair with my old one and yes you gotta have a key. See circled parts layout to get the idea.
On a side note it looks like the thing comes apart but the dealer nor anywhere I found shows you can take that mechanical part out of the bike to say possibly make a fix to it for me.

Good luck with finding a second hand pannier, if you don't, are there any 3D printer businesses around your way? Maybe they could make the part you want, dunno about the cost though??

There is at least one guy that appears to be parting out a wreck on ebay. He may have a busted up pannier that has the parts you need.
It may be worth the effort to contact him.
Just a thought.

It didn't and the price the dealer wanted for it was a joke. Anything from Triumph is outrageous so I got rid of it and bought a japanese bike. First and last Triumph.

Mine broke a few weeks ago, I bought a used one on ebay. Have fun trying to get the lock out of the old pannier.
here is the link to do it.

Would seem less expensive and less of a hassle just to buy a new pannier. The lock can probably be rekeyed. Just sayin!
