Came across a 2017 trophy in tescos romford today was not on my bike but went and said hi. there was a bit of a puzzled look on the guys face i then said that i was a fellow trophy owner and had a little chat, what made chuckle was that he had the bike not very long and the dealer had not told him that this was the the last of the line of bikes and he was a bit taken aback about this, so do you think that said dealaer should of told him?

If he had asked the question and they didn't say anything I would have been miffed but if he didn't ask I guess its not really for the dealership to say.

After all, the warranty will still be honoured and the bike will still be supported for many years.

Triumph Trophy! Not for every Tomaz, Dieter or Herman!🇬🇧

Romford ?? If it's Jack Lilleys' they wouldn't tell him if he asked. Probably the worst dealership in the world !

I've been dealing with Jack Lilly for some years and I find them very professional.  They were North City Triumph before that and they had a few teething problems when they first changed ownership.  But now that things have settled down I think they are one of the best dealerships I have dealt with.

    Kper.

It only takes one person at a dealer that shall we saye is a bit stand offish, and it puts a bad feeling to the place.

I dealt with them for years as well, only out of laziness for them being my nearest dealers, but after trying to buy a new Explorer XRT from them and being dicked around, enough was enough. Like you said, just takes one  person at the dealership, unfortunately Jack Lilley have 2 clowns in there.

The best mechanic I reckon is at Ongar, I also like Washington, but that's a fair distance.
