  Motorcycles must display Crit’Air stickers to ride in France ?

 Has this been mentioned before as a `Post' and I've  missed it ?  ,   Currently planning  a week tour to France, and found  this new nonsense    on a UK motoring Site.    See also link which provides more detail.   RAC  advise to purchase Certificate from the French Gov site only, as some `operators' are charging  inflated prices.... ( think I'll go to Germany instead..)
Any comment's from our French forum members ?

Wow, did they have to make it so big? I wonder how hard that is to remove once you leave France. Sheesh.

My understanding is these stickers are compulsory only to enter large cities during pollution peaks and to access "low emission zones" which carry circulation restrictions. Currently those ZCR (zone à circulation restreinte French equivalent to L.E.Z. are Paris, Lyon, Lille, Strasbourg, Grenoble, but more are to come (22 before 2020).

High Visibilty Jackets, Refelective Helmet Stickers,
and now this ...

So where are our fellow Bikers supposed to display the certificate, if they have no windshield  ,  or should I not be  thinking about that one

From 2018 you 'd have to pay toll on motorways and a number of national roads.

Hello Henk,

the toll on german highways is only for cars and campers, not for motorcycles 

... until now  .

Not the whole of France, just some major cities.
