Putting the Trophy on the Centre Stand takes a little technique and some practice.
It also helps if you have a some weight on your side

!
Most of the effort needed to get it up on the Centre stand is achieved
by the downwards pressure exerted onto the "foot finder" part of the centre stand,
and the more weight you push down on that with, the easier the task becomes.
So practice that first of all - with an assistant standing on the other side,
in case the bike does start to lean away from you !

Start off on the Side stand -
Support the Trophy by holding the left handlebar grip with your left hand,
and with your right hand, hold either the rear pillion grab rail,
or the purpose hand hold within the pillion footrest hanger.
Push the bike away from you until it is upright, and press down - gently at first
on the centre stand "footfinder".
Make sure you get both "legs" of the centre stand
down onto the ground before you start the actual "lift"

You can feel when it's right by gently moving the bike slightly towards and away from you,
as you push down gently on the centre stand "footfinder" with your foot,
until you feel both "legs" of the centre stand make contact with the ground.
Swap your right hand hold to the hand hold within the pillion footrest hanger,
and then push your foot down HARD on the "footfinder" of the centre stand,
Simultaneously, lift up ( and slightly rearwards) with your right hand,
and the bike
should rise up onto the centre stand without any problem.
With confidence you can actually put ALL of your body weight onto the "footfinder"
by literally standing up on it, with no need to do any hand hold lifting !
With the technique mastered, to do so on your lifting table,
if there is no assistant available, or no room on the far side for an assistant,
I would consider deploying one or more ratchet tie down straps
attached to your side of the table, up and over the seat and the other end
either attached to part of the Trophy on the "far" side,
or back under the bike and secured to your side of the table -
to prevent the Trophy from being able to fall away from you,
taking care to protect any parts of the bike that the strap comes into conact with.
You'll obviously need to adjust the length of the strap so that there is enough slack
to allow the bike to be lifted onto the centre stand, but with enough tension
to prevent it from falling away from you.
Cheers
