Sounds like you are running rich. Another thought, what grade fuel are you using?

93 octane usually. Running rich.....could that be me hesitation issue at take off and the hesitation at times while cruising? I assume dealer can adjust?

The Trophy is designed to run on regular, not premium. I had exactly the same problem plus hard starting on my 2011 Thruxton (which also was designed to run on regular) until I stopped using premium and switched to regular.

Both. Just start running 87 and see what happens. When I switched I started running either Shell or Chervon religiously and the change was remarkable. But I imagine any quality regular will do.

I also ran 93 octane in mine for a while (no good reason just ...) and experienced the same "runabilty" issues. Switched back to regular about a tank or so ago and it does run better. Some engines designed to run on 87 do actually run worse on 93. It seems this is one of them.
