Ever since I picked up my 2015 SE this spring, I've seen "LOW VOLTAGE" and radio not found on the display. It always started and ran fine.  I went on a trip July 22 north thru Maine to New Brunswick and then west to Quebec. I rode the Gaspe' Bay peninsula. At one point after a 2 hour jaunt, we stopped for coffee and to stretch our legs. Turn the key and get radio not found. Turned the key a couple of times, still not found. Pulled the fuse for the radio and checked the main fuses. Reseated them, turn the key and VOILA!  It starts and I have tunes!   5 days and 1300 miles and I cross the border back to Maine, oh yea it rained, sporadic, but in and out of rain.   Pull in for gas and a stretch, again, low voltage, radio not found. Reseat fuses and again, it's back to normal.   1720 miles total trip and I'm home.    I put the bike away, 2 days later pull it out for a wash and polish. Turn the key......yup low voltage  and I push the starter button......."CLICK" and that's it. Nothing no start, nothing. The dash is wiped out    All it shows is the odometer.  Call the dealer, he picks it up. 4 days later he calls and says it all set.
We had conversations over the 4 days about the electrical issues.

Bottom line? 
Bad f'ing battery!!
Replaced under warranty

Hi KGB,

The Battery may have become "faulty" due to having been flattened,
and it might be more important to determine WHY that happened,
rather than just replacing it, as it could happen again !   :084:

My apologies if you are already aware,
but as you didn't mention it in your post I shall assume you're not .....

There is a well documented issue for U.S. and Canadian Export models,
equipped with the XM Satellite radio system, where the audio module remained "Live"
after the Ignition is turned off, and continued to draw power until the battery was drained.

This has been fixed by Triumph with an Audio software update,
so I would recommend you check the software version on your Trophy,
which is very easy to do :

The radio should be OFF when the Ignition is turned ON ( but don't start the engine ).
If the Radio is ON, turn it OFF ( Volume all the way down to Minimum, "MUTE" and then "OFF" ),
then turn the Ignition OFF and back ON again.
Press and hold the "P" button until the "DIAGNOSTICS" menu is displayed.
Scroll to the S/W VERSION item, and press the handlebar Select ( "i") button.

You need Version 1.04E - If it's 1.04A this is the previous "buggy" version
that must be updated to 1.04E - which was released specifically to resolve this problem
( which only affects the U.S. & Canadian Market with the XM Satellite Radio ).
Your Dealer should carry out this update if needed, at no cost.

From what we have seen on the Forum there are a LOT of Trophies that haven't been updated,
and also a lot of U.S. Dealers that seem tio be unaware of the issue and fix for it !

I did read this in the technical section.
And I brought it to the dealers attention.
I was told I am up to date, I'll check!

What we think may have happened is the bike was uncrated, it's a 2015, and the battery charged and installed, but not connected.  I've seen the low voltage warning numerous times since I purchased the bike.
I am faithful using a trickle charger   All of my bikes are on chargers year round.

The dealer said he pulled the battery out and left in on a charger  for over 12 hours. 
It only got to 8.4V    It was replaced under warranty, no hassles.

And it gave me a reason to pull the Sprint out of the garage!

I suggest you check your software version yourself.  My dealer was clueless about this.

The bad battery could well be because of the audio software problem discharges it too often.

I have a European version bud the problem is recognizable. Despite the fact that the bike has been on the charger, it sometimes happens that the same message about low battery voltage is readable.
This only appears if the radio has been on standby or mute at night.

I will check the software versio as Coconut indicates.

KGB : Let us know which version you have - it takes only a few seconds to check !

pantoscoop :

The updated software ( Version 1.04E ) was only released to address the issue
which only affected the XM Satellite version of the radio - installed on U.S. and Canadian Export models.

My Trophy 2017 ( UK / Eurpoean Model ) has Software Version 1.04A

It has been my experience that the dealers don't understand the difference between the radio software (accessed via the onboard display, and updated via the USB socket in the left fairing pocket) and the ECU software (accessed/updated via the OBDII port near the battery).

The dealer said he pulled the battery out and left in on a charger  for over 12 hours. 
It only got to 8.4V

The battery is long gone by the time it gets to ~11v, what was it before they tried charging it!? I don't think I would have even bothered if I were them, just change it and chuck it.
