Any thoughts on the new Speedmaster?

I'm not a cruiser guy but I have to admit this is a good looking bike. I don't know anything more than that
My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.

I think it is a good looking bike too. But it is completely unusable for the purpose I use my Trophy for.

It would be a nice compliment to the TTSE

Not the sort of bike I would consider for the stuff I do. The Trophy is perfect for my needs. Perhaps this is the sort of bike triumph want to build for the customers it wants, ie, short rides out to the local triumph themed meeting place, with branded clothing and a bandana.  A coffee and bacon sarnie, then home again. Repeat next week. Sound like any other manufacturer you know?

The Speedmaster is a nice looking bike if I wanted another HD Sportster.  I swore off this type of ride when I acquired my TTSE!!

Looks like the cool fat chick I dated in High School, lots of fun but not a keeper.

I like it. There a lot of nice little details that you can see in the build. Depends on how you feel about parallel twins. I tend to prefer V Twins. Also, one has to wonder  how many Bobber style machines Triumph needs in the lineup.  This is great if you are into bar hoppers. I am not. My bikes need to be more capable. If  I had extra cash and a spot in the garage, maybe. But it is nice looking.

It is VERY good looking - but that is not a valid, sensible justification to own one. Like Ghostrider, I too prefer V-twins, as long as the cylinders are not in-line (and unlike Bobv, I wish I had kept my first cool fat chick :008:!)
