    Hello

Hi Peeps, I've been reading this forum for a while now as I wanted to get a feel for how the Trophy was performing.  I had originally intended to get a Trophy next year but when I heard they were stopping production, I rang round and found a new  17 plate in Blue at my local dealers, (Team Roberts) in South Yorkshire.  I've had the bike now since May and only done 3300 miles as I also run a Versys 1000.     I am impressed with the bikes level of quality and find the handling to be good for a heavy beast.

And that's my only negative on this great machine, Its bloomin heavy to push about and I daren't even try and put it up on my bike lift for fear of it toppling over.

Anyhow, just wanted to say hi and thank's for the helpful info that folk have posted in the how to and workshop sections.

    Cheers

    Daz. :002:

Welcomer aboard  :821: and congrats on your wise decision to buy despite the fact the bike is discontinued. If I did not have a Trophy now I would rush to find one before it's too late.
An old biker must be a good rider

Daz33,  :400: Confidence will come with time. I'm tallish at 6' 2" and I find I lean the bike on my right hip when I'm moving it round in my shed.  :821: :158:

    Welcome to a great forum
My mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said "a biker". She said I'd have to choose one or the other.
