    Delkevic exhaust question

I'm looking for a louder exhaust for my TTSE, not obnoxious but not just a subtle increase in sound either. Could be rumbly loud or sportbike loud, don't care just want louder and not to sound like something is wrong with it, if you know what I mean? The price point on these is intriguing. I've heard them online, kinda hard to tell from a recording. Never heard one in person, anyone have experience with them on a TTSE?
It's only funny until somebody gets hurt,
    then it's Hilarious!

I bought the 18 or 19" model for mine. Sounds much better, but too quiet for my liking.

The forum sponsor, Trident, makes a very nice exhaust. I have the mini carbon fiber can on my bike without the sound damper in, and it's a very nice sound -- not too loud, probably exactly what you're looking for -- but more importantly (IMO), it opens up the mid-range of the engine's powerband quite a bit. I am _VERY_ pleased with it.

An '03 Tuono I used to have had a carbon fiber Delkevic and I really liked the sound of it with the baffle out. Even with the baffle out it wasn't obnoxiously loud and it had a really nice exhaust note.

I'm also considering a Delkevic or maybe even a Tailgunner (just for the novelty of it).

For just a bit more $$, might wanna consider Pipe Werx.

If you do go with Delkevic, don't go with the stubby ones.  Not only will it not be neighbor friendly, the short cans will hurt low to mid range torque.  TTSE is not exactly a torque/HP monster, and I would rather keep every last bit of oomph I can.

I have the 18inch oval Delkevic and like it. At first it was just a bit louder than stock but after a few thousand miles is just right. With baffle out is to loud for me. Not a bad deal for the money. Their instructions say you have to repack them after 10 thousand miles I think so will probably get a little louder.

One of the first items i purchased for my 2012 TTSE , no louder than stock , fits without any issues, cheap , considerably lighter but i have to admit the stock item looks better.

And the price has gone up  :002: slightly
