New Years Resolution

Ride more:
  My job leaves me exhausted during the week and Saturday mornings. Consequently, I find my self looking for excuses during the week and on Saturday I sleep in and take care of stuff.  Grocery shopping, dry-cleaners etc....

This year, I will pick Thursdays to get my shopping done, pick-up dry cleaning, clean the apartment.  This will leave me free to leave on Friday night or get to bed early on Friday to hit the pavement early on Saturday.

It's just bad time management on my part and I have to change my diet and work out more so that I can reverse my energy leaves.  Sounds silly for a NY resolution but if I do these things I can ride more.

Sounds like an excellent plan since we have more pleasant riding weather than some parts of the country.  I say that while it's 29 degrees F. (and has been around that for the last 36 hours at least) here, with some areas of black ice from a little freezing precipitation.  I had planned to don the heated gear and get out and about for a while, but I don't want to get near any ice on two wheels and it's spotty areas with no advance warning.  Oh well, back in the forties for a high tomorrow.

We eat Healthy foods I mean after all we’re a bunch of old farts, or at least I feel like it somethings.
 Christmas I got a new insulin pump , a Hybrid system that can add insulin and slow insulin by itself  I'm almost normal again.
 I don’t think I'll ever be normal I do ride a Triumph. 🥃
