I am trying to install a Garmin 660 with a RAM "temporal" mounting system in order to use  it just for long rides -once or twice a year- and having it dismounted for the rest of the time.

I have done everything with the exception of the connection to the bike┤s speakers system.

I have read that the audio "male" plug in the bike is just behind the left mirror... I have removed the left mirror and there is nothing there... I have a SE model...  When we say left I understand on my left as I am ridding the bike... Am I right? Where can be my plug?

Thanks in advance for your advice.  :156: :156:

This has been covered extensively in the forum but you need to remove the indicator pod.
Might as well as wish we had.

You need to do a fair bit more than just fold the mirror out of its housing to access this plug,
although  you may be able to get at without a full strip down........

Click here and go to Post 21 for photographs of bike with panels removed showing location of Audio Jack..

Take a look at the "HOW TO" section for full Fairing removal instructions.
