Hi folks - just sold my 20 year old Trophy 900 and I'm considering a Trophy SE.

Looking to tap in to all your knowledge to help me pick between the bikes available.

Hi Andy and welcome.

For the uk there was two models. The SE and Standard A1. I have the A1. The only difference is the SE has Radio and electronic suspension. Mine has traction control, cruise control and I have fitted non Triumph TPMS.

Best advise is take your wallet if you do a test ride. It's cracking ride and the best bike I have ridden in 40 years.

Thanks Silverstripes - I'm hoping for an SE, prices aren't that far apart, it's just how many miles do I draw the line at?

Noted the posts/comments on modified heads, rear suspension linkages, TPS life and front disc warping - so plenty to consider.
