Smokey Mountains Ride
« on: May 13, 2018, 10:25:12 PM »
Will be riding the Smoky Mountains the week of May 20. Hoping to see @ least one other Trophy while I am there. Will be riding the Dragon Tail, Cherohala Skyway, Blood Mountain in Georgia, and the Moonshiner Route 28. :152:

Since you mention Blood Mountain, you should turn right on GA 60 and ride back north via the rest of the Suches Loop.  You can research it here.

Great time riding in the Smoky Mountains. Rode 2300 miles & the Trophy average 54 mpg. We had some rain and ended up soaked a couple of times, but not a major problem. Trophy performed great especially on the Dragon Tail. Ran the Dragon mainly in second gear between 4000 & 8000 rpm. Never did see another Trophy on the road down there.  :152:
