    Finally picked her up

    Hi Folks,

Finally picked her up this morning  :046:

After a weekend test ride two weeks ago, the dealer agreed to replace the front disc rotors and of course pads. Whilst they were at it, I had them remove the Ventura Rack previously fitted and fit the genuine top-box. It does complete the bike!

It was soooooo much nicer to ride without warped discs, it is an incredibly smooth machine and very nice to ride slowly now the brakes aren't pulsing.

Taking delivery I guess kind of makes me feel like I'm part of the family here?

Happy camper here, just need to get a day off work now to enjoy it!

The fast blue one, AKA the "Devil in a Blue Dress".  You'd have to know about Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels to get that one. :745:  And he's still around!  Saw him locally recently, hip replacements and all!  He declared during the show that his mind thought he was dancing all over the stage and tearing it up, but his body just wasn't going along with it. :745:

    Cheers gents  :821:

I wish there was a like button for posts on this forum.

As for the fender extenders, I hadn’t noticed? LOL. I only ever looked at this one example. Because of my history with th Tiger Explorer, I felt I knew what I was getting into. I do like the fact mine has a radiator guard. As for the fender extenders well I on the road for work for the rest of the week now, but I’ll have a closer look when I get home and post some pics, I think you might be right.
