For anyone considering a Delkavic exhaust...

I am very happy!  Once I figured out that the split pipe goes over the solid pipe...

I bought the 18" oval carbon Fiber version.  Only $269 I think it was to my door.  Volume (noise) is very close to stock, but at idle and under load a little bit throatier.  It also solved my top gear roll on engine knocking.  I had a question about installation and the folks there emailed me back promptly and I am very happy!

Nothing but positive for the product and the company so far.  Time will tell, sure, but so far... thumbs up!

The fact that the bike is now 15 or more pounds lighter is a bonus.  I will polish up the stocker and store it with the stock low seat, luggage rack, pegs, ...

Thinking about the 14" model.  I'd be curious if your install affect fuel mileage at all.

I have the 18inch oval and hasn't affected fuel mileage one way or the other. Slightly deeper tone and seems to run just like before. Fit and finish very nice and price was just right.

It may have improved slightly, but not enough to really make anything noticable. I am still on my first tank of fuel with it. Usually the optimistic computer hovers in the low 50's (51 or 52) and it is sitting at 53.5 right now. Might be better weather, might be gentler riding, might be new exhaust, might be a combo of all.

Based on the almost stock volume of the 18" a 14" one should sound good. But on bikes I prefer it on the quieter end.

I am looking at buying the Delkievic 18" oval carbon Fiber, can you post a picture of it on your bike?

While were on the exhaust subject, has anyone had experience or know about Pipewerx exhaust? Have seen a couple of in house videos and really like the looks of the tri-oval carbon fiber exhaust produced by them! :152:

Exhaust upgrade is low on my to-do list, but this is the one I was looking at as well.  If you get one, I hope you post some feedback.  And videos!  :-)
