Can't speak to the pillion but, have a comfort riders seat and yes it is a noticeable difference.

Agreed.  I miss the Datatool device on my Sprint.  I know they were marked down briefly last year, due to the recall?  Previous unit lasted 8 years - was hoping for more than that LOL!!!  Sending an email to the dealer I patronize....
