Service Manual on Tritun

Read in another Triumph forum that you may not be able to download the service manual on TriTun like in the past.  Has anybody recently tried to download parts or all of the service manual on Tritun.net?

TriTun does not list the Service Manual for the ( latest Model ) Trophy.

The only Official version of the Service Manual I'm aware of is the Paper version.

Older topic, I know but, after searching the web seems this manual is hard to find unless you want to pay some dude $200 for a used copy.

Anyone know where to find one at a semi-reasonable price?

I have to be honest; I couldn't possibly care less about violating copyright on this. Triumph should offer the service manual at a nominal fee or free via download to any registered owner. They don't, at their own peril.

This is not unique to Triumph either.

Somewhat agree on nominal fee for registered owners but, think part of this plays into Triumph supporting their dealers by making owners take their bike to a dealer for service!

There are certain things I will take my bike to the dealer for....heated seats and grips installation, oil changes, etc. are not some of them.

Charging a higher price for the manual does not in any way make people take bikes to the dealer. Anyone can buy a service manual.

The only authorised version of the Service Manual is the hard copy printed version
obtained from an authorised Triumph Agent ( or originally obtained in that way
and subsequently passed on in its original format ).

Digitised copies such as those that may be found on various auction sites
are unauthorised copies being sold in breach of that Copyright.
