LOOKING FOR EXTRA FRONT LIGHTING (YELLOW RUNNING)
« on: July 16, 2013, 10:33:03 pm »
I want to put yellow running front lights...
I searched every where in police RT and Kawasaki plus other front lighting bike systems to see if there is anything that can be constructed to install run/turn yellow light in the front.

Has anyone done anything like this?

Thanks for insight T13,

They look pretty good. I might resort to these.

My preference would be bigger lights up around the front of the rear view mirrors. I am gonna look into some of the RT1200 police bikes see if there is anyway they can be mounted on the TT--with yellow bulbs of course.

Yes, I remember those days too!

I think it was for reasons of nostalgia! They remembered what it used to be like to have a candle in a jar as your headlight and wanted all their cars to look the same!

Thank goodness they came to their senses!

I have the Motolights on mine.  I know they have 'amber' lenses available, or they did at one time.  They're pricey, but they are durable.  I've had this very set on three bikes now over the last 4 years.
