Thanks sir!    :821:

I was looking at them from the balcony of the motel and thought, "Well there's a perspective you don't get every day" -and shot the photo.

Not as exciting as most others have posted but this was at an IBMC.ORG campout near Lynx Lake outside Prescott, AZ a couple weekends ago.  First time I took the bike out camping and made a road trip of just under 400 miles each way.

Rick. You no doubt had an enjoyable time. More camping trips in the future are probably planned.  :821: :158:

Loaded up for camping trip to WV back in June. Those top and side boxes look big until you start to pack them. Needed the duffle for tent, camp chair, outdoor gear, etc....good times.

This is what it looks like when I camp on a bike with no luggage!  :008:

Cheers,

Steve

to keep on topic, my '13 TTSE on it's first long trip, to Arkansas about 2 weeks after I bought it.  Pic is on Mt. Nebo, Sunset Point.

The other:
1974.. 4th bike, 1974 Suzuki G?750 Water Buffalo... 1st wife, 1st long motorcycle trip. Somewhere in Colorado.

She's happier than she looks.

Naked bike, no fairing, no windshield, bags.  Seat as comfy as a pine 2x6.  Returned home with a totally worn out rear tire, chain, and a few broken spokes as I recall.

Now... that's packing....  Core is a 56 quart styrofoam cooler.  Couple of J.C. Penny vinyl saddlebags that melted on the mufflers.

We were poor as churchmice ( although I could always afford a new motorcycle, as she was wont to point out ).

Such memories....
