R&G Crash bars are 20% off at Twisted Throttle right now.  They are Expensive as all get out, but $111 off is pretty good and probably as good as they would ever get.

Dang, and I just ordered a set last Thursday at full price, with some other goodies for my new 2017 Blue TTSE.

    - R&G Exhaust Header Pipe Grill for Triumph Trophy SE '13-'17

    - R&G Large Exhaust Protector for Trapezoidal Shaped Cans

    - R&G Rear Axle Sliders / Protectors for Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer '12-'15 & Trophy SE '13-'17

    - R&G Front Axle Sliders Protectors for Triumph Trophy SE '13-'17

    - R&G radiator cooler guard for Triumph Trophy SE '13-'17

    - R&G Racing M6 Elevation Series Paddock Stand Bobbins-Titanium

    - R&G Adventure Bar Crash Bars for Triumph Trophy SE '13-'17

    - R&G Bar End Sliders for Triumph Trophy SE '13-'17

    - TechSpec Gripster Set for Triumph Trophy SE '13-'14-Snake Skin

Well, they say can return items without a restocking fee...maybe they'd rather give me a refund to the sale price rather than go thru the whole return and reorder dance?  Especially since they haven't shipped or arrived yet.

Then maybe I'll buy some Denali lights from them too, for mounting on the crash bars...

Over at TOURATECH I have in a shopping cart filled with:

    - Garmin Zumo 595LM & Locking Mount Package.

    - Stop & Go Tubeless Puncture Pilot Motorcycle Tire Repair Kit w/ 12V Compressor

    - Handlebar Bag, Triumph Trophy

    - Cruz Tools RoadTech Tool Kit for Triumph Motorcycles

From Triumph dealers I already got:

    - TRIUMPH TROPHY film protection kit

    - Front fender mudguard extender.

    - Dual GPS/XM antenna mount.

The last things I'm debating are the Triumph Trophy Immobilizer alarm system, and aftermarket Vstrom touring windscreen.  And I'm trying to figure out what Cellphone holder/charger I want.

The bike came with both heated seats, heated grips, tank bag, top box (matching color, pillion pad) and all inner bags for top box and panniers).

And I ordered a voltmeter on Amazon for it too.

Can't ride until May 1st, 2019, so this is my hibernation project this winter!

I forgot to mention adding SUPERMAN stickers to make it more powerful than all others mere mortal TTSE's...leap buildings in a single bound and stuff...

    This is my Trophy.
There are many like it, but this one is mine.
    It is my life.
I must master it as I must master my life.
Without me my Trophy is useless.
Without my trophy, I am useless.
I must ride my Trophy true.
I must ride smarter than the motorists who are trying to kill me with bad lane changes.
I must pass him before he passes me.
    I will.
My Trophy and I know that what counts on the road, is not the rubber we burn, the noise of our mufflers, or the smoke we make.
We know that it is the miles that count.  We will ride.
My Trophy is human, even as I am human because it is my life.  Thus, I will learn it as a brother.  I will learn its weaknesses, its strengths, its parts, its accessories, its brakes, and it throttle.  I will keep my Trophy clean and ready, even as I am clean and ready.  We will become part of each other.
    This is my Trophy.
There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Brought a set yesterday & they are to arrive Thursday, free shipping. Still cost too much, but the bike is tore down for the main fuse harness install and 30,000 mile service, so timing is perfect. :152:

I actually have to give credit to the United States Marine Corp's Rifleman Creed, which I paraphrased.

If you watch the movie FULL METAL JACKET, you'll see the boot camp recruits saying it in unison in their bunks, like a good night prayer before lights out - LOL.

Another reason why the USMC is also called - "Uncle Sam's Misguided Children".
