    100000 miles?

Just wondering how many miles the Trophy triple will go. Does anyone have close to or over 100000 miles yet?   I have a little over 53000 and this thing is running so well it's almost scary.  Went for ride the other day and at a stop light I forgot to put it in first gear, started out in third with no complaint from the bike.

I migrated from BMW RTs to the Trophy in 2014 after road testing both machines back to back.  Not only did I like the Trophy a tad better it was also roughly $4000.00 less (2013 leftover).  Although I never put 100000 on any single bike I did rack up 88000 on my last RT without any issues.  Also I have a buddy here in Florida who has 263000 on his Gold wing, which is now in need of a new transmission but motor is fine.  Obviously he rides long and quite often.  Is the Trophy up the task?

88,400 miles on my '13.  2 more years extended warranty so stay tuned.  I have no doubt she'll sail past 100K without a problem...

Passed 51k recently. Done in 2.5 years.  Hopefully with 8 rallies coming up over the next 2 years including the Iron Butt Rally, I hope to be approaching the 100k mark.  I have no reason to believe that my Trophy can't reach it.

If it's any measure, I just passed 75k on my Rocket III as well.  That thing will certainly go on forever as far as I'm concerned.

Right at 93,000 miles, all is good. I did have major engine failure at 53K, which was attributed to the head issue on my bike. Engine repaired on their dime... No issues since 53K. I will say that on start up and low rpm's it rattle and knocks like several people have stated. But I can red line it in first 2 gears and it seems perfect, if anything, i am heavy on throttle quite often just to see if its gonna give, has not let me down yet. I took a 6K mile trip in july and a 1200 mile last week, bike is perfect, I am not scared to go any distance on it. 2013 MY

:046: all the above is good news.  Glad I had the new head assembly at about 23000 though.

As stated, I my goal is to get 100K miles out of it.  As it is, it's just at 51.4K.  The Blue Goose is showing some age, and I am still learning some of her quirks.  But still reliable and a hoot to ride.  I have no warranty left, but plenty of confidence.
