To raise the front of my Trophy I once filled the trunk with junk and stacked a couple bags of concrete on the rear seat.  Kept the nose up.
Year round rider here!

Hi Guys,

This is something i reckon I need to do but i have a couple of questions:-

1. If you lower the rear by 20mm why wouldn't you lower the front by the same? Not sure I understand why it seems that the consensus is to only lower the front by 12.5 or 14mm.
2. Does this put additional pressure on the rear shock as I assume it needs to be a little more compressed.

My guess is that the difference is due to how close the linkage on the rear is to the center point between the wheels and the front being much farther away, coupled with the suspension travel.
