Enjoy, Gary!  We all have different riding habits and preferences.  None are better than another, just better for that rider.

I do it year round save for ice/snow or the occasional logistical issue.  Even work ends up being about a 50 mile round trip or so so I call it a ride.  Just not a social ride.  :169:  Admittedly, those are much more so done in better weather.
    Year round rider here!

Well, I took the plunge and took my first ride of the year!! It was fantastic to get on the bike and to note how many controls I had forgotten how to use.  The TTSE has a "cockpit" full of goodies.  Everything worked on the outing which was relatively short but it was good to feel the wind again (even though the fairing and windscreen takes most of that away).  As usual my bike started without hesitation and ran as if I had just taken it off the dealer's lot.  I never got to 70mph trying to obey the local laws but it is hard to restrain this bike when it gets up to cruising speed!  Anyways, I had a good time getting reacquainted with my bike and really feeling proud of its looks and performance.  I also was amazed that I felt totally at comfort controlling the bike like an old friend.   :150: :046:

Gary, as I said earlier. I was alongside you on that revisit ride. Congratulations. Now enjoy what you have, and think about all the people that would give their right tes..... to own what you do. Life throws up plenty of curve balls, they all seem to come at you straight, when on two wheels. Never forget your part of a small community [world population wise] that knows the enjoyment of riding a motorcycle.  :821: :169: :158:
