    Another Front Brake Shudder question

So, another Trophy with front brake shudder.  I've scoured the search results, and even taken action on a lot of recommendations.  The main ones are, new front rotors... didn't solve it.  New front tire (the old one had 14k miles on it), which was worn and hardened... didn't solve it.  So I have asked this question in another group that I'm in on FB.  The knowledgable Triumph people there say it sounds like worn or loose neck bearings.  I'm looking for input here since I know this is a pain in the arse job.
Quick note... in the 2 years I've had this bike, I've put about 11k miles on it.  I've never touched the bearings... which means it's original grease.
If this is the case, does anyone have a how to posted on here?

How long did you have the shudder?
Before and after a brake job?
Is the shudder different from front lever brake application, and foot brake application?
Do you feel a pulsation in either the grip lever or the foot pedal?
Did you place the spacers on the front axle properly? There is a short, and a long one. Long, (I think) goes to the right side.
After installing the wheel and the front axle, did you pump the front forks up and down to center the right fork leg on the axle, BEFORE tightening the (2) axle cinch bolts?

The shudder was happening since about 8k miles.  I don't get any shudder from the foot brake pedal. I believe the spacers are correct as you describe them (and were), but I'll triple check that one.  That last one though... I definitely didn't do!
